We are looking for a Pre Setter to join our team at our Louth site, your key role is undertaking a variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Prep Shim(s) to the correct size and customer specification
• Backing up plates
• Cutting plates up using the Kongsberg table
• Mounting plates to every customer specifications
• Report any issues with materials/plates directly in a constructive manger to your line manager
• Plate finishing and Quality Control
• Foaming shims for delivery
• Parcel orders for post
• Be flexible in your approach and able to provide cover to other areas of the department/business if needed

• Able to identify issues and quickly implement successful solutions.
• Committed and enthusiastic
• A superb attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and handle a wide variety of responsibilities.
• Organised with good planning skills.
• Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast-moving and demanding environment whilst still maintaining standards set within the business.
• Excellent listening skills
• Willingness to work as part of a friendly dynamic team.
• General use of IT systems

Desired but not essential:

• Knowledge of print-type services
• Previous experience in a production environment

• Monday to Friday / Rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm- 10pm
