We are looking for two Account Managers to join our growing team in Manchester!
Your main responsibility will be leading day-to-day client relationship management, which includes effective communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee delivering a continuous succession of packaging projects to meet the client’s requirements and expectations.
As an Account Manager, you will establish and maintain relationships with client contacts, building an understanding of the Company’s and the client’s industry, business, and products.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Involved in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to support and deliver business growth and profitability.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the client.
- Ensure that the delivery is maintained once new business has been identified.
- Key client contact, on and off-site, client meetings and presentations
- Development and growth of the services provided by the supplier are essential to building relationships with clients.
- Producing work documentation on time for the right first production.
- Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Measurement of performance levels and conducting reviews
- Provide budget and forecast information.
- Ensuring invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment.
- Involvement in print feasibility, artwork, and reprographics
- Evaluating colour control with the supply chain
- Coordinating print feasibility on behalf of the supply chain
- Identification of project planning resource
- Managerial direction of their client services team
- Additional duties as assigned.
About You
Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented open-plan environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with key accounts in a client-facing role.
- Confident in the Design, Artwork, and repro process
- Experience in the packaging sector (including colour separation).
- High level of print knowledge with the ability to communicate this to clients.
- Understanding of colour management
- Knowledge and comprehension of the demands and necessities of a supply chain.
